Delete your Olalabs account

This page explains how to delete your Olalabs account and the data linked to it. It applies to the Olalabs website (olalabs.io) and the Olalabs: Fast AI Video Maker app for Android. The app and the website share one account, so deleting it in either place removes it from both.

How to delete your account

• In the app: open the Profile tab, then tap Delete account and confirm.
• On the website: sign in at olalabs.io, open your Account page, then choose Delete account and confirm.
• By email: if you cannot sign in, write to hello@olalabs.io from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email, name and profile photo)
• Photos you uploaded
• Videos and images generated under your account
• Your generation history and remaining credit balance

Deletion starts immediately. Any copies that remain in our backups are removed within 30 days.

What is kept

Payment and billing records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons. After you delete your account these records stay without any link to your account or identity.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first, otherwise billing may continue: for a Google Play subscription, open Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); for a website subscription, email hello@olalabs.io and we will cancel it for you.
