These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI-powered video generation service provided through Olalabs (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Description of the service

Olalabs uses artificial intelligence to generate short videos from photos you upload. Generated content is in vertical (9:16) video format, designed to be shared on social media.

2. Account and credits

You need an account to use the Service. New accounts receive free trial credits. Credits are deducted per generation; if a generation fails due to a technical error, the credit is automatically refunded. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Content you upload

You may only upload photos of yourself or images you have the rights to use. Uploading another person's photo without their explicit consent is prohibited. The following content is strictly forbidden:

• Photos of minors
• Obscene, violent, or hateful content
• Content intended to demean, impersonate, or deceive a person (deepfakes)
• Images you don't hold the copyright to

Violating these rules may lead to your account being suspended or terminated.

4. Generated content

You may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. However, you may not mislead third parties by hiding the fact that the content was AI-generated; some platforms and jurisdictions require AI content labeling, and that obligation is yours.

5. Limits of the service

The Service is provided "as is." Generation quality depends on the input photo; we do not guarantee a specific result. There may be service interruptions, maintenance windows, and issues caused by third-party providers (e.g. model providers).

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; you will be notified by email of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
